- Earthquake: Drop, Cover, Hold On; move away from windows; if outside move to open area; expect aftershocks

Medical Crises
- Hypothermia: Remove wet clothing; warm the core first with blankets; give warm sweet drinks only if conscious
- Heart Attack: Call emergency services immediately; chew aspirin (300 mg) if available and not allergic; rest and stay calm
- Stroke: FAST โ Face drooping, Arm weakness, Speech difficulty: Time to call emergency services immediately
- Seizure: Do not restrain; cushion the head; time the seizure; turn to recovery position once it stops
- Fracture: Immobilise the limb as found; do not try to realign; call emergency services for spinal or major fractures
- Burns: Cool under running water for 20 minutes; never use ice, butter or toothpaste; cover loosely with cling film
- Bleeding: Apply firm direct pressure with a clean cloth; do not remove embedded objects; elevate above the heart if possible
- Flu / Infection: Rest and drink fluids; isolate to prevent spread; seek urgent help if breathing worsens or symptoms are severe
- Poisoning: Call emergency services; note the substance if known; do not induce vomiting unless specifically instructed

- Unsafe Water: Boil for at least 1 minute or use purification tablets; avoid ice and tap water when safety is uncertain
- House Fire: Get out immediately and stay low under smoke; never use a lift; close doors behind you; call from outside
- Drowning / Water Safety: Shout for help, throw something to grab; rip current โ swim parallel to shore; never swim alone or after drinking
- Active Threat: Run if you can escape; Hide and silence your phone; Fight only as a last resort โ warn others quietly if safe
